Overview

Joined DIVA Protocol during an early growth phase and took ownership of community operations, engagement programs, and user education. DIVA is an on-chain derivatives and prediction market protocol, and my work focused on scaling participation, aligning incentives, and building trust across users, contributors, and early governance discussions.

Ecosystem Growth & Incentives

• Led community expansion from 8K to 26K+ members (~200% growth) through structured campaigns, contests, and events.

• Designed and introduced a points-based incentive system aligned with the upcoming TGE, encouraging sustained participation.

• Hosted and moderated regular Discord AMAs and launched DIVA's YouTube channel, extending reach and transparency.

• Organized quizzes, live activations, and ecosystem events, resulting in 100+ POAPs claimed by active contributors.

Community Operations & Tooling

• Redesigned the Discord server architecture, improving information flow, moderation efficiency, and user onboarding.

• Integrated moderation, analytics, and information bots to support scale and reduce operational friction.

• Built and deployed a custom price-tracking bot to surface live token data directly inside the community.

• Implemented multi-account detection and fairness protocols to preserve integrity across reward programs.

User Education & Governance Support

• Guided 10,000+ users through testnet participation on Ropsten and Goerli, translating technical flows into clear onboarding steps.

• Created educational walkthroughs for the DIVA App and DIVA ViZ, improving user confidence and self-service.

• Supported early DAO governance discussions, helping structure conversations and align community expectations.

Feedback & Ecosystem Alignment

• Collected and synthesized community feedback, relaying actionable insights to the core team for product and UX improvements.

• Maintained an active presence on X (Twitter), driving daily engagement, discussions, and community-led narratives.

• Upheld community trust through consistent communication, transparency, and responsive support.

Impact

Over one year at DIVA Protocol, I helped establish a scalable community and incentive framework grounded in education, transparency, and participation. Backed by DWF Labs, this foundation supported DIVA's continued growth within the on-chain derivatives and prediction market ecosystem.
