Being the community manager of DIVA Protocol has been a great experience and one of my pride. I joined DIVA Protocol in July 2022 as a community manager and so far it's been great.

During my tenure as a Community Manager at DIVA Protocol, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the community. Through strategic initiatives and dedicated engagement, I contributed significantly to the project's expansion and the enhancement of its community experience.

​

One of my notable achievements was helping to drive the substantial growth of our community from 12,000+ members to an impressive 28,000+. This achievement reflects my commitment to fostering a vibrant and engaged ecosystem that resonates with users passionate about DIVA Protocol.

I took the initiative to introduce, plan, and moderate numerous Discord Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions. These interactive sessions not only facilitated direct communication between the project team and the community but also ensured that valuable insights were shared and recorded. To further amplify the reach of these sessions, I ensured their upload to our YouTube channel that was created specifically for that reason, resulting in thousands of views. This approach enhanced transparency and contributed to the project's credibility.

In addition to AMAs, I organized and executed engaging quizzes and competitions that resonated with our community. These activities not only nurtured a sense of camaraderie but also imparted knowledge about DIVA Protocol and blockchain technology. My suggestions and implementations of innovative ideas injected a fresh energy into the community, inspiring active participation and continued growth.

I played a pivotal role in refining the community experience by introducing essential Discord bots and organizing the server structure. This streamlined communication and ensured that the community received relevant information promptly. Moreover, my role extended to the creation and distribution of hundreds of POAPs (Proof of Attendance Protocol) to eligible members on different occasions, thereby rewarding and recognizing their active engagement.

As a bridge between the project and the community, I demonstrated my dedication by collecting user feedback and resolving issues. I efficiently managed reported multi-account concerns, helping to maintain the integrity of the community. Guiding thousands of users through the completion of testnet tasks on the DIVA App across the Ropsten and Goerli networks showcased my commitment to supporting user adoption and seamless interaction with the platform.

Furthermore, I successfully assisted hundreds of users through the unique account verification process, enhancing security and trust within the community. My engagement extended beyond Discord, as I actively participated in discussions on X, broadening our outreach and fostering connections.

Guiding users on how to utilize both the DIVA App and the DIVA ViZ App played a crucial role in ensuring that community members could maximize the value of the project's offerings. By empowering users with knowledge and enhancing their experience, I contributed significantly to the project's overall success.

In summary, my role as a Community Manager at DIVA Protocol was marked by strategic thinking, proactive engagement, and a commitment to enhancing the community experience. From fostering growth to facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing, I am proud to have played a role in the project's journey toward success.
