Overview

I supported Joba Network during its early growth stage, contributing to community operations, user onboarding, and engagement initiatives designed to improve retention and product awareness. My role focused on building a well-structured community experience while helping introduce users to Joba Network's vision for the Web3 talent ecosystem.

Key Contributions

• Provided day-to-day community support, assisting users with platform navigation, onboarding, and issue resolution.

• Organized and optimized the Discord server, improving onboarding flows, channel structure, and access to key information.

• Planned and executed community engagement campaigns to increase participation and strengthen user retention.

• Coordinated and promoted the launch of Joba Network's Zealy campaign, encouraging users to explore the platform and contribute feedback through task-based challenges.

• Designed and launched a community-driven Zealy questboard that encouraged profile creation, feature exploration, and product engagement.

• Structured USDT reward campaigns to incentivize participation and recognize top community contributors.

• Leveraged campaign participation and community feedback to identify early user sentiment, feature requests, and friction points.

My contributions helped establish the early operational foundation for Joba Network's community by improving onboarding, increasing engagement, and creating structured feedback loops. These efforts supported user participation and laid the groundwork for a more scalable Web3 talent community as the platform continued to grow.
